With five cats to impress, one family bravely presents their adoption proposal in the first episode of the new hit adoption show, “Cat Tank.” “Cat Tank,” a lesser-known spinoff of the hit ABC show, “Shark Tank,” features a family looking for one of the five Cats to invest in becoming their new, furry family member.

The Cats — tough, self-made, multi-millionaire and billionaire tycoons — search to invest in the best forever homes America has to offer. The Cats will give people from all walks of life the chance to chase the American dream, and potentially secure a new family pet that will make their household complete.

The Cats are: billionaire Mark Kittan, owner and chairman of Purr TV and outspoken owner of the 2011 Laser Dot Chasing Champions Dallas Meowricks; real estate mogul Barbara Catcoran; “Queen of TNR” Kitty Greiner; technology innovator Robert Purrjavec; fashion and branding expert Daymond John; and venture capitalist Kevin O’Meowy.

The families who dare to enter the Tank must try to convince the Cats to part with their comfy red chairs and decide to commit to a lifetime of loving companionship in a new household. All of the good, bad, emotional and even absurd pitches help showcase the “I wish I had thought of that” home ideas and products as the families look for their ideal pet.

But the Cats have a goal, too – to get a return on their investment and find their purrfect home. When the Cats find a home worth sinking their teeth into, they’re more than ready to declare war and fight each other for a piece of it.
