PROTECT-A-PET Low-Cost Pet Vaccination Clinics
The Michigan Humane Society 2012 Protect-A-Pet clinics offer low-cost, age-appropriate vaccinations against Distemper, Parvovirus, Rabies and other deadly diseases as well as low-cost microchipping for dogs and cats of pet guardians demonstrating low-income status (please see list of accepted forms below). In addition, low-cost spay/neuter information will be available at all clinics.
To qualify Acceptable proof of limited-income must be presented for low-cost pet vaccinations and microchipping:

Pricing With proof of limited-income:
Pet Licenses available at a reduced rate for Detroit residents
- License for unspayed or unneutered pet: $10
- License for spayed or neutered pet: $5
Microchips
Vaccinations are $3.00 for each shot

Payment will be accepted in the form of cash only. Services will be limited to 800 animals at each clinic. All clinics are held from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
