It is not unusual for kittens to play a bit more roughly than we would like them too. To help encourage “good play” be sure to have a stuffed toy on hand. Make sure it is a little bigger than your kitten’s body. When your kitten gets to playing a little too roughly with you, give a sharp “eh eh” and give the kitten the stuffed toy. Let her grab that instead of you. Redirecting her rough play to a stuffed toy - not your hands and feet - will help her learn that teeth and claws don’t belong on you.
