Leash Wear

Dog or cat, rabbit or ferret, it is important that our companion animals are safely confined when they're outside.  Certainly if your pet has wanderlust in his heart, a leash is a must.  But even if walking your dog is like walking Lassie, a leash is still a necessary "safety net".

As humans, we make mistakes every day - even when we sometimes know better.  So not matter how well trained Fido or Fifi is, clip on that leash.  That way, if they make a bad decision (like taking off after a squirrel) they will live to walk with you another day.  And if your dog is ill-mannered even when the leash is on, consider attending a quality, positive reinforcement training class.  That way everyone can enjoy a walk with the dog!
