Is Your Dog Spending Too Much Time Indoors?
Cabin fever can affect our pets too

When the weather gets bad, we tend to get a little stir crazy. Our dogs do too.  The lack of time they spend outside and on walks can cause them to become a bit obnoxious inside.

The key is to keep them busy.  If your dog enjoys the company of other dogs, consider sending her to a doggy daycare a day or two a week.  That way she can have some supervised play time with other dogs and she’ll come home tired and happy.  Another option is to sign up for a positive reinforcement training class.  Not only will that get you out of the house once a week with your dog but you’ll have homework to practice - keeping both you and your dog out of trouble during the long winter months!
