With ice and snow caking the roads, it’s a perfect time to curl up on the couch with a nice book and a cup of hot cocoa or tea. 

While others are stuck at home, MHS’ Cruelty Investigation and Rescue teams are out on the road right now, helping to protect the uncared for animal victims who suffer the worst effects of severe weather. 

Hope arrives in the form of food, unfrozen water, warm bedding, and the promise of a better life through donations from caring people like you and providing the promise of a better life. In fact, for some of these pets, the sight of an MHS Cruelty Investigator may be the first kind face they’ve ever seen.

MHS is out on the road every day no matter the weather, helping protect the voiceless – those who cannot cry out for help no matter how desperate the need. They need us; and we need you.
